Grasping Nettles is a worldbuilding game about a community and how it changes across generations. You move the world's factions around a game board & add new elements to the world based on where they land. When played solo, it's a nice, contemplative & engaging experience to flesh out your community over time.
Legend Has It is a card game where you pull sentences out of your favorite books & interpret them to make an anthology of stories. The stories interweave on the timeline that you build out as you play. When played solo, it feels a lot like a writing exercise as you craft each story yourself. Quite thinky.
The Hard Life of Birds is a game about going for a walk and thinking about how difficult it would be to a bird. On your walk, you'll pay attention to all the birds you see, tracking how many of each type of bird you encounter. At the end of your walk, you'll sort through all the birds you witnessed and log hardships that those birds overcame in order for you to see them.
Flyover has you draw a fictional map from the perspective of a small-town explorer who invented a flying machine. Make a paper airplane and throw it around your room, cataloguing anything it flies over and interpreting each object as a point of interest on your map.
Random Walk is a game for one player taking a pair of six-sided dice out for a walk. Each time you hit an intersection, you'll roll the dice to see if you can go the way you know, or if you have to turn a different direction. As you walk, you'll imagine yourself on a great journey.
